I have lost my login details

To retrieve your login details, click on the link “Forgot your password?” on the login page. When logging in, pay attention to capital letters and special characters.

I don’t remember my profile name.

You can also log in with the email address you registered with and your password.

Lost your confirmation email?

To activate your membership, you must activate your email address via the confirmation link that you will receive after registration.

If you have not received this email after 15 minutes, you can request it again via this link. Use the same email address that you used when you registered.
Check the spam or junk e-mail folders in your e-mail box, it may happen that the e-mail ended up in this folder.

Why do I get an error message when I try to log in?

If the error message ‘Oops, your login details are incorrect’ appears, your username and/or password will not be recognized. Check the entry and request a new password if necessary. (Password is case sensitive)

Sometimes web browsers save your (old) password and the input is overwritten, you cannot see this. You can check whether your web browser has saved a previous password via a number of steps.

How do we guarantee Privacy?

The data you have entrusted to us is well protected by us. We recommend that you always choose a fictitious name when registering and create a new email address (see below). We will not use your data for commercial purposes that are not related to the website nor will it pass it on to third parties.

New email address?

To use our website, we recommend that you create a ‘secret’ email address. After all, you don’t want email from matches or messages to end up in your business or private email. There are various options for creating a new free email address, for example at gmail or outlook.com.

How do I change my email address and password details?

Change the email address linked to your profile in the “Profile” menu. Click on the “My details” link. Don’t forget to confirm the change with the ‘Save Changes’ button at the bottom of the page.

Change your password linked to your profile in the “Profile” menu. Click on the “Change password” link. First enter your existing password and then your new password. Then enter your new password again to confirm. By clicking ‘change’ you confirm your new password. You can log in immediately with your new password

Can I change my profile name?

You are not allowed to change your profile name. In exceptional cases you can have your profile name changed via the helpdesk.
